Step 1 - Inquire

Step 2 - Consultation
Consultations are $125 and include our time to meet with you to discuss your outdoor project at length. We will walk your space over with you thoroughly taking notes, photos and videos. This serves as the basis for all projects. Virtual consultations are also available upon request.
Step 3 - Project vision + proposal
Once we’ve met with you, and understand your needs, vision and budget we will move into the next phase of the project: designing your outdoor space! In addition to the consult fee Bluebird Growers designs are priced at $300 and will include a comprehensive project vision, design outline, plant list and project photos within 14 business days from our meeting. The $425 paid will be applied as a 'credit towards the final balance if you chose to book with us. Take a look at a sample proposal here and here and here.
Step 4 - Project walk through
After you have received your project vision, and want to move forward, we will meet with you again to walk the project over with you in person. This will answer any questions you may have and put us on the same page for your installation.
Step 5 - Deposit
To secure our crew and order materials for your project we require a deposit to book this project on our calendar. You can pay your deposit via Venmo, Zelle or with a check payable to Bluebird Landscape Design.
Step 6 - Installation
Installation day is the most exciting day! This is the day we make all of your outdoor dreams come true. Once the project has been completed we will do a final walk through with you to ensure your satisfaction and to collect your final balance. You can pay your balance via Venmo, Square, Zelle or with a check payable to Bluebird Landscape Design.
Step 7 - Add on garden maintenance
After your project is completed it is imperative that you keep watchful eyes on your plants while roots are being established. We do offer a bi-monthly maintenance service (pricing tbd on scale/scope of project) if you prefer we take care of your new investment. You can choose to book monthly or bi monthly in 3, 6, or 12 month terms. With this service we will feed your new landscape with organic fertilizer, prune, and eradicate pest and/or other plant related issues that may arise.

Step 8 - Enjoy your new space!
