Step 1: Reach out

Start by saying hello! Head over to our Contact page and send us a little note about your dream space. The more details, the better. Once we hear from you, we’ll set up a time to meet in person and start imagining your garden together.

Step 2: Let’s walk your space

Consultations are $150 and include a detailed, on-site walk-through of your space. We’ll take notes, photos, and videos while discussing your project goals, style, and preferences. This visit lays the foundation for everything that follows. Prefer to meet virtually? No problem—we offer virtual consultations too.

Step 3: Vision + proposal

Now comes the fun part: design. After we’ve soaked in your space and your ideas, we’ll craft a custom project vision just for you. Our design package is $300 and includes a full concept, plant list, and proposal—delivered to your inbox within 2 weeks.

(And good news: your $150 consult + $300 design fee = $450 credit toward your final project.)

Step 4 - Book your project

To get your project on our calendar and materials ordered, we’ll collect a deposit. You can send it via Venmo, Zelle, gold bars or with a check (payable to Nicholas Zimmer) —whatever’s easiest for you.

Step 5 - Installation day!

This is it—the day your eco conscious landscape begins. We’ll be there with tools in hand, boots in the soil, and hearts set on making something beautiful. After installation, we’ll walk through it together and settle up the final payment.

Step 7 - Stay rooted with us

Your new garden is just the beginning. We’re always here—by text, email, or phone—whenever you need us. Questions? Curiosities? A surprise bloom you just have to show someone? We love that. We love you. And we love seeing our gardens grow right alongside the families who tend them.
