5 year anniversary

Sometimes it's hard to believe that this “little” business started 5 years go with just the two of us, a family SUV, some Piper Sandals, a handful of tools, and a big hope that there were other people who wanted to reconnect with the land right outside their front door.

Since then we've planted thousands of plants, watched tiny saplings begin to cast shade, met the kindest clients, and spent more mornings than we can count covered in dirt, sweat and the best Florida sunshine.

Along the way we've learned something unexpected: we're not really in the landscaping business.

We're in the business of helping people fall in love with where they live.

We imagine neighborhoods where every yard offers something back to the world. Where live oaks are planted for grandchildren we'll never meet and pollinator gardens become as ordinary as lawns once were, where birds and butterflies drift from yard to yard without interruption, and children grow up knowing the names of the trees around them.

We hope gardening becomes less about perfect landscapes and more about belonging to a place.

A garden doesn't have to be large or expensive to matter. A single native shrub, a patch of wildflowers, a birdbath, or a vegetable bed can begin changing the way a yard feels—not just for the family who lives there, but for everything else that calls it home.

That's the future we're planting toward.
